Llamanade for nanobody humanization
Based on big data analysis, we developed "Llamanade," an open-source software to facilitate the rational humanization of camelid nanobodies. Using sequence as input, Llamanade can rapidly extract sequence features, model structures, and optimize solutions to humanize nanobodies.
