Yufei received her B.S. in Biotechnology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She is interested in nanobody discovery and protein engineering.

Research Interests: Broadly speaking, I am interested in drug discovery research. I have a background in biophysics and structural biology, and I am interested in using structure to guide drug design. My project is centered on developing nanobodies against infectious diseases in the lungs.
Other Interests: As of now, I am clinically interested in Psychiatry and/or Pediatrics. During my free time I like to watch/play basketball, binge-watch TV shows (The Office, Friends, Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, GoT, etc.) and go to the park with my dog Dooley.

Pham earned her M.S. in Environmental Science from Ewha Womans University and Ph.D. from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is interested in targeted intracellular delivery and developing novel tools to facilitate the diagnosis and therapy of dementia.
